We are looking to grow our team by adding a virtual assistant to provide administrative support to our clients.
You will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and hosting introductory meetings. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities Include:
Responding to emails and phone calls
Using HoneyBook client management system to manage client projects
Creating new client projects
Organizing attorney calendar
Providing customer service as first point of contact
Following up on intake paperwork
Scheduling and hosting intake appointments
Following up on appointment scheduling
Contacting clients for scheduling
Managing social media
Managing firm website and branding
Preferred Skills:
Proven experience as an assistant working remotely or relevant role
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
