Join JMA LAW Team

We are looking to grow our team by adding a virtual assistant to provide administrative support to our clients.

You will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and hosting introductory meetings. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to emails and phone calls

  • Using HoneyBook client management system to manage client projects 

  • Creating new client projects

  • Organizing attorney calendar

  • Providing customer service as first point of contact

  • Following up on intake paperwork

  • Scheduling and hosting intake appointments

  • Following up on appointment scheduling

  • Contacting clients for scheduling

  • Managing social media 

  • Managing firm website and branding

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience as an assistant working remotely or relevant role

  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)

  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)

  • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Solid organizational skills

  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
